Strawberry Jam

Ingredients :

1. Strawberry Cleaned & Hulled - 500gm
2. Sugar - 150gm
3. lemon juice-1tablespoon

Method

1. Cut the strawberry into very small pieces or Crushed.
2. In the bread machine pan add on the strawberry, sugar & lemon juice.Set in the Jam setting.
3. After the jam get ready & Cool down the Jam, Store it in a sterlized Glass Jar in the fridge.
