Paneer Croquet Paneer Croquet Ingredients : Paneer grated - 200gm Potato - 400gm Onion - 1 chopped Ginger - 1/2 inch chopped small Garlic - 2 clove chopped small Green chillies - 2 chopped Garam masala - 1/4teaspoon Chilli powder -1/4 teaspoon Cumin (jeera) powder -1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder - a pinch Salt as needed Bread crumbs - 2 cups Flour - 1 cup Oil - 500ml  Method : Boil the potatoes with little bit salt & pinch of turmeric.Peel the skin & Mash it. Heat a heavy bottomed pan with one tablespoon of oil,fry the chopped onions,garlic,ginger & green chillies for one minute. Then add the chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder & Garam masala.Fry for few seconds Add the mashed potato,grated paneer & salt.Saute it for one minute.Switch off the fire.Let it cool down. Take a bowl,Mix the flour with water & make paste. Put the bread crumbs in a plate. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Make a small elongated ball of the paneer
