Boil the potatoes with little bit salt & pinch of turmeric.Peel the skin & Mash it.
Heat a heavy bottomed pan with one tablespoon of oil,fry the chopped onions,garlic,ginger & green chillies for one minute.
Then add the chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder & Garam masala.Fry for few seconds
Add the mashed potato,grated paneer & salt.Saute it for one minute.Switch off the fire.Let it cool down.
Take a bowl,Mix the flour with water & make paste.
Put the bread crumbs in a plate.
Heat the oil in the frying pan.
Make a small elongated ball of the paneer mixture,dip in the flour paste & toast both side in the bread crumbs.Fry the balls until golden in the hot oil.
Serve with ketchup & mint chutney.
Tips:you can make it in round shapes & use it as the Veg.patties for the Burger.
