Cream Of Mushroom Soup:
This Soup is taste delicious and very simple to make.
Ingredients:
- Fresh Mushrooms - 250g
- Onion, Chopped - 2 table spoons
- Garlic Cloves, Minced - 2
- Vegetable stock - 2 cups
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 1 cup
- Butter - 1 Tablespoon
- Evaporated Milk/Light Cream -
- Rock salt to taste
- Freshly Grounded Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
Method:
- Cut the mushroom into slices.
- Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add in onions, garlics and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are soft.
- Blend in 1 tablespoon of flour and add salt.
- Add in the vegetable stock and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.
- Stir cream with 1 tablespoon of flour,milk and seasonings. Add in cream to soup while stirring frequently.
